The many flavours
of Byron...
The evolution of restaurants and eateries in the growing
Bay has led to a profusion of eating establishments almost
unparalleled on the east coast of Australia.

There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, snack bars,
hotels and clubs for people to taste delights in. It is possible
to eat out in a variety of places that range in palate variations
from ethnic foods to haute cuisine.
A Style of Cooking of its Own
Byron has it all and has reached its highest point as far
as culinary choice. Ultimately this means the visitor has
gained in the highly competitive hospitality industry. Byron
restaurants have not just imitated other restaurants from
the cities, but have actually created their own styles of
service and cooking.

Whet your holiday appetite by spoiling
yourself with fine cuisine by top chefs, recharge with a range
of healthy vegetarian delights or cool down at the beach with
an ice cream or a smoothie. The Byron flavour is yours for
the tasting. David Young, Photo.
Thoughtful regard to health is one strong theme in food
presentation here and it stems from the earlier vegetarian
cafes that were the standard bearers for many of todays restaurants.
Just relax and allow yourself to succumb to the sensuous aromas
and tastes of the many flavours of Byron.
