The benifits of yoga are as relevant today as they were 3000
years sgo.
Through focusing on the physical asanas (postures) one gains
better balance and awareness.
With regular practise, one gains increased flexibility, strength
and stamina.
The journey through yoga also has benefits of decreased stree,
increased concentration and memory.
Like any journey, it beging with the first step.
