Mr Harvey retorted: "If he wants to sue me for helping to improve him, I invite him to sue.

"This bloke needs to get his act together. How much respect can he get running around in dreadlocks and no shoes and clothes that look like they cost $2? These sort of people shouldn't be on councils." |
