Seeing as Byron is yoga capital.......they need to introduce Bikram Yoga!!!!!!!!!!It is the best thing I have ever discovered!!!!I lived in Byron for a year doing lots of yoga and it was fantastic!Teachers where great. But i have now discovered Bikram Yoga and will never turn back...........wow, what a change it has done for me. I have now gotten my 55 year old Dad into it and it is changing his life and Body!!!!I know there has been some bad media about it, but the school im at is getting new people through the door everyday........!!!Its all the go in the major capital citys in Australia and overseas!If you like a good work out, which most people who do yoga in Byron do, you will love this style of yoga. It is so cleansing and revitalising!But WARNING it is ADDICTIVE!
